 Town Center of Boca Raton has several new stores

Town Center at Boca Raton has an exciting array of new retailers coming to The Terrace at Town Center at Boca Raton, the center’s new lifestyle component. Crate & Barrel, complete with the state’s first Home Store, opened at The Terrace in September and anchors the project.

Many of the new stores will be open in time for the 2007 holiday shopping season including Anthropologie, Coldwater Creek, Select Comfort and The Walking Company. Residents and tourists alike will be delighted by what the New Year brings to the new Terrace area, such as Chico’s, Easy Spirit, Lilly Pulitzer and two destination restaurants.

The Terrace is off to a fast start as evidenced by Crate & Barrel’s success. Coldwater Creek’s store at Town Center will be nearly 7,000 square feet and offer the “best of the best” in apparel, jewelry, accessories, gifts and hardgoods.

The Coldwater Creek customer profile is a professional woman, 35-60 years of age. She is educated, has more discretionary income than free time, and uses Coldwater Creek’s retail stores as a place to get away from it all.  The stores themselves capture the feel of the Coldwater Creek brand with soft woods, ambient lighting and a merchandising strategy that promises a sense of discovery. Two hundred thirty nine full-line Coldwater Creek stores were in operation at the close of the company’s 2006 fiscal year with another 65 planned for 2007.
